Arts & Crafts: Moving with Creativity
This workshop encourages creativity, self-expression, and appreciation for the art of movement. The workshop uses upcycled and new materials to create original works of art centered around the theme of movement. Through individual and collaborative projects, children can explore process art and bring their ideas to life while fostering resourcefulness, artistic exploration, and an innovative mindset.
Yoga & Mindfulness: Emotional Well Being
Helping children develop inner peace, and social-emotional well-being. This workshop includes breathing and relaxation techniques, and yoga and grounding postures. Children will engage in energetic movement and practice intentional relaxation. The outcome for these sessions are enhanced spatial and body awareness, tools for relaxation, and increased focus.
Geography: Movement Around the World
This workshop explores how people move their bodies in play across different countries through engaging activities and multicultural perspectives. Children will learn about traditional games, sports, dance, and recreational activities, gaining insight into diverse ways people express themselves through movement. The workshop aims to promote inclusivity and foster global unity among young learners, inspiring them to appreciate and embrace cultural diversity.
